Along the Wolf River at the TN Highway 196 crossing east of Germantown, TN
Site Directions: From Collierville, TN on TN Highway 57 take TN Highway 196 NE for about 3 to 4 miles. The area lies on both sides of Highway 196.

Landmarks: Look on for signs on the side of route 196.

Site Description: The site is a complex of wetlands along the Wolf River. There are stands of mature bottomland hardwood and swamp forest, beaver pond wetlands, successional grasslands and old field, early successional stands of bottomland hardwood forest, and shrub swamps.

Wildlife to Watch:
The diversity of habitats insures that a wide variety of forest and wetland birds will be present year around.
